Reviews and Ratings
My experience at this hotel was truly disappointing. The check-in process took way too long, almost 3.5 hours due to a mix-up with our room assignments. On top of that, the Wi-Fi and air conditioning in our room didn’t work, and customer service was lackluster. The only redeeming aspect was a decent nearby restaurant for breakfast, but overall, I wouldn't recommend this place.
My experience at this hotel had its ups and downs. While the rooms were clean and had a nice size, the service left a lot to be desired, with slow staff and hidden fees at checkout. On the plus side, the location was great for easy access to nearby shopping and dining, and the beach area was pleasant, if small. However, with ongoing construction noise and the overall condition of the place, I'm hesitant to wholeheartedly recommend it.
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, with incredibly helpful staff and a great location that made it easy to explore key areas on foot. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices, but be sure to clarify any upgrades at check-in to avoid confusion. However, some cons included occasional noise issues and not-so-great amenities in the accessible room.
I had a wonderful stay at this historic hotel, which blends modern upgrades with its charming old school character. The central location made it easy to explore nearby sites like the Queen's Staircase and local restaurants. Watching the cruise ships pass by from my beach view was a delight! However, I found the dining prices a bit steep, and the duty-free shopping didn't have much of a value.
My stay at this hotel left me questioning my loyalty to the brand. The clean rooms and friendly staff were overshadowed by significant service issues and an overcrowded beach experience due to cruise ship passengers. It was not worth the price, especially given the lack of basic amenities like hot water during my visit.
I had a fantastic experience at the hotel, especially enjoying the beachfront location and the spacious rooms. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The only downside was the higher price of the day pass, but it included good food and drink credits, making it worthwhile. Overall, we made priceless memories and will definitely return on our next trip.
I had a lovely family vacation at this hotel. The staff greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is fantastic, close to the ferry, shops, and museums, which made exploring easy. While the beach and pool area were great for relaxing, the dining experience could use some improvement, particularly with the breakfast process. Overall, I enjoyed my stay but would love to see a few enhancements in the service.
My stay at the Hilton Nassau was quite disappointing overall. While the room service and kitchen staff were friendly and attentive, I was frustrated by the broken air conditioning and unhelpful front desk service. Additionally, issues with check-in and a noisy environment detracted from the experience. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if comfort and good service are what you're looking for.
My stay was quite disappointing overall. The hotel has beautiful features, but the service was a struggle from the get-go. I encountered issues with check-in and unclean rooms, which really affected my experience. While the location is convenient, I found it hard to enjoy due to the various challenges I faced during my stay.
